Senator who voted for anti-cellphone-driving law crashes car -- while on the phone

Carole Migden, D-San Francisco, a former voter for a state bill that fines people for using their cellphones while driving, was involved in an auto accident on Highway 12 in Solano County this morning that left one person with minor injuries, California Highway Patrol said.
