With scarcely a mention in the mainstream media, President Bush has ordered up a plan for responding to a catastrophic attack.

The National Security Presidential Directive puts the President in charge of ensuring constitutional government for all three branches of government in the case of a catastrophic emergency.

In the event of a “Catastrophic Emergency” the President will be entrusted with leading the activities to ensure constitutional government. The language in this document would in effect make the President a dictator in the case of such an emergency.

In speaking with BigBigNews, White House press secretary Tony Snow said that the President felt he was overdue for a promotion from "The Commander Guy" to "The Dictator Dude."
